Okay, I'm back. It's been a very long time since I was a regular blogger. I'm gonna try to come back to it, because frankly, it's quite nice to unload somewhere that isn't with another human being.
Started working 6.45am today, it's a pretty aweful thing to do. But hey, that's my job.
Did two good sessions before I trained myself. Felt really good about todays session, so I'm happy.
Just finished a phone call with my "mentor" from NPE, a business that helps PT's to grow their business. It's great, and I'm very hopeful for the future with these guys. Well, I paid 2500 pounds for it, so it better be good!
Gonna do some studying now for the next hour, then get ready and go meet my band mate to hopefully sort a thing or two out. Tomorrow we're recording some vocals for a new track, excitement!

I'm alive, it's alive
So yes... it's been a long time. My computer died on me in April, that is 4 months without a computer, and I've managed just fine. Well, I stil have my iPad, and I've borrowed Kay's laptop when needed.
What's new?
Eh, where to begin.....
Life is good. Work is a bit slow now during summer, but I'm sure it's gonan pick up again come September. I have invested a lot of money into this fitness sales education.. so hopefully that will help me grow my business. I'm also looking to expand to a second gym in September, fingers crossed.
On Friday we had our first gig with Arkestry 2.0. It went great and yeah, I'm happy we're finally ready to play shows and get busy. We also released a new single called "Shift", so search for it on YouTube and you'll find it. Any feedback is much appreciated!
I'm going to Sweden on Thursday, bringing Kay too. My brother is getting married, which is pretty awesome and exciting even though him and Sandra has been together for 13 years I think.
Aaah it feels great to write here again. I've missed it loads!
This dude from work, a potential client of Kay's just "fixed it" for me, changing parts and everything... for free.. as a favour.... I don't know, he didn't ask me before changing any parts so I couldn't tell him no. BUT, for now I'm happy.
I'm happy to see some viewers are still holding on until my arrival, thank you!
For now.. time to sleep. Long busy day tomorrow.
