dance, lose the rhythm.

I did 30 min cardio on the crosstrainer today, and a long stretch plus triceps and shoulders... My legs are too soar from yesterdays session. I have no idea how I'm gonna street dance tonight, but I guess all I need is a warm up and then I'm good to go for the whole night.

I haven't had time for a nap, now I need to shower and get ready to leave.
